Part of the thrust behind Catskill WoodNet.org was to provide access to drying and processing services to furniture designers utilizing urban salvage trees in NYC and the Hudson Valley in upstate New York. This is working well with companies like JohhHoushmand, Jessica Wickham, Woodstock Beamworks, Jonah Meyer and several other compaies. Great research and hopefully can be utilized in NYC's green planning strategies.
