Adaptive Management in the Face of Climate Change

Location: Cloquet Forestry Center - Cloquet, MN

The workshop is designed for the practicing forestry and natural resource land managers of Minnesota and the Midwest and Canada. Leading applied scientists, university professors and practitioners will provide on-the-ground perspectives of how climate change may be addressed within managed forests. The program will begin with a context for future management and then move on to potential desired future conditions and adaptive management strategies to address these desired future conditions. This will be a really interesting workshop for anyone interested and concerned about the ramifications of climate change and potential scenarios due to climate change.
