What are Resources and Tools?
Resources are the books, articles, and experiences that provide a background and depth to greater understanding of an issue related to the building of leaders, teams, and organizations.
Tools are the systems and processes used as guides to development; basically maps to guide the sequence as well as images to help better portray a situation.
Both the resources we choose and the tools we use provide us with a common language within an organization to support improvement.
