Visioning & Planning

“If you don't know where you're going then any path will get you there!”

- Eric Bloomquist

A clear organizational Vision guides both operations and marketing.  It defines the approach by which the organization selects its products and markets, as well as how to address key operational decisions.  The company’s vision is NOT touchy-feely fluff but actually the basis for all major organizational decisions.

Clear organizational values drive the relationship between the organization and the people that work there.  Values statements are the basis for all agreements and a fundamental platform for all Human Resource activities including policies, job descriptions, performance reviews, and incentive systems.

Clear organizational plans are the basis for all organizational activities and for holding people accountable to any agreements, including timelines.  The key to good planning is not in the resulting plan but rather in the planning process by which people come together to set expectations
