Dr. Jim Bowyer is Professor Emeritus, University of Minnesota Department of Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering, and President of Bowyer & Associates, Inc. – a consulting firm focused on helping organizations to improve their environmental performance. He has published widely on the topics of wood and fiber science, bioenergy, life cycle assessment, green building standards, global raw material trends, and environmental policy and is a frequent speaker nationally and internationally on these topics.

Kim Carlson has been a high profile socially responsible business leader and eco-prenuer for over 25 years. She is founder and owner of five companies that use earth-friendliness as their driving force. She was a pioneer in the green housing movement in the early 90's and since has been a keynote speaker for corporations, universities, governments and consumer groups on sustainability. Kathryn Fernholz has worked on development and forest management issues in a range of roles and is also an experienced forest certification lead auditor. Reginaldo Haslett-Marroquin's areas of expertise include agricultural research, business planning, economic development and work with children and youth both in Guatemala and in Minneapolis. He has served as a consultant for the United Nations Development Program’s Bureau for Latin America and as advisor to the World Council of Indigenous Peoples, with focus on developing Indigenous trade partnerships internationally.
